Anyone who has spent the last few weeks in Japan or the Southern Alps has good reason to celebrate. Not so if you've been in the Northern Alps. But well, to each his own. Unfortunately, videos from the Southern Alps in respectable quality are still largely in short supply. I am happy to spare the reader of this article the supposed rescue of a stag by a hunter. Instead, in addition to the Celebration round, there's probably the most impressive avalanche of this winter, backstage shots of the Sherpas, POVs of Tanner and Henrik, migration lines from Alasaka, New York City tow-in snowboarding, a bit of powder snow from the Southern Alps and some nice jibbing in Chamonix. Just the usual. Who's celebrating with us?

Wer die letzten Wochen in Japan oder in den Südalpen verbracht hat, der hat ordentlich Grund zu feiern. Nicht so, wer sich in den Nordalpen das Trauerspiel gibt. Aber gut, jeder wie er mag. Videos sind aus den Südalpen in ansehnlicher Qualität leider weiterhin großteils Mangelware. Die vermeintliche Rettung eines Hirschs durch einen Jäger erspare ich dem Leser dieses Artikels gerne. Stattdessen gibt es neben der Celebration-Runde die wohl beeindruckendste Lawine dieses Winters, Backstageaufnahmen der Sherpas, POV’s von Tanner und Henrik, Migration-Lines aus Alasaka, New-York-City Tow-In Snowboarden, ein bisschen Pulverschnee aus den Südalpen und nettes Rumjuckeln in Chamonix. Das Übliche eben. Wer feiert mit?
